1. About LegalNow

LegalNow is a technology platform that connects customers with independently licensed legal professionals. LegalNow does not itself provide legal advice. All legal advice is provided by the independent lawyer you engage through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use LegalNow. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Consultations & Payment

Consultation fees are displayed before you confirm. Payment is held securely and released to the lawyer after the consultation is completed. If no lawyer connects within the stated timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

4. Confidentiality

All consultations are confidential. Your documents and communications are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

5. Limitation of Liability

LegalNow is a marketplace and is not liable for the legal advice provided by independent lawyers. Any engagement for legal services is between you and the lawyer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
