Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Before lawyer accepts: 100% refund, no questions asked.

More than 2 hours before scheduled time: Full refund minus payment processing fee.

Less than 2 hours before: 50% refund.

After consultation starts: No refund.

Cancellation by Lawyer

If a lawyer cancels, you receive a 100% refund and priority re-matching with another qualified lawyer. Repeated lawyer cancellations affect their acceptance rating on the platform.

No-Show

If you do not join the consultation within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the consultation may be marked as a no-show with no refund. If the lawyer does not join, you receive a full refund.

How to Cancel

Open the consultation in your app and tap Cancel. You can also contact support at support@legalnow.sa.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
